losing weight. day 0

i need to work out... punya badan yang gampang gendut dan ga gampang kurus itu emang nyebelin...
baby udah 18 bulan dan berat badan masih stuck di angka 50. hiiks... so sad..

kadang iri ama temen or seseorang yang bisa kurus dengan gampang pasca melahirkan.
jatoh2nya...jadi suka : ya udahlah ya..emang uda gendut mao gimana coba?!

itu tuh yang bikin parah. bukannya olahraga dan kontrol makanan. yang ada malah makin suka jajan dan males buat move my ass!

sigh!
harus bisa kurus..

in 1mo i will lose 4kgs!!!!!


i've to take a gym class.. or aerobik after work. i've ever read a tweet (in twitter of course) it says better to have friends or in the group if you are kind of person who lazy to work out when you are alone!
okay, that's me! pointing to my nose.

so, i am going to find an aerobik class this noon.

mmm, it wud be nice if the class is on Tuesday and Thursday, since i can drive my own (if seno's at home) after work. so i wud not be bothering him.

GO... MOVE MY ASS..!!!
